The customer provides both the sweatshirt and a sentimental onesie. The onesie will be carefully cut and used to create the large appliqué letters. Each letter is professionally stitched onto your sweatshirt, creating a one-of-a-kind piece filled with special memories.

Customer Provides:

• One new or gently used sweatshirt in white, pink, or black
• One clean onesie to be used as the appliqué fabric
• Sweatshirt must be the correct color and size before submission
• All garments must be clean, free of pet hair, and ready for embroidery

The sweatshirt and onesie are not included in the $55 price.

Thread-Color Selection:

Please include your preferred thread color with your order. Stitches of Valor will coordinate the thread with the colors and design of your onesie and sweatshirt. Exact color matches cannot be guaranteed because thread, fabric, screen displays, and lighting may cause slight variations. If your requested color is unavailable or does not coordinate well, a closely matching thread color will be selected to complement the onesie and overall design.

Please use a trackable shipping service and keep your tracking number. Stitches of Valor is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected while in transit. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their items to Stitches of Valor. Return-shipping charges will be applied at checkout or invoiced separately.

Customer-Supplied Garment Disclaimer:

By submitting your sweatshirt and onesie, you authorize Stitches of Valor to cut and permanently alter both garments. The onesie will be cut apart and cannot be returned to its original condition.

Although every garment is handled with great care, Stitches of Valor is not responsible for damage, stains, tears, fabric failure, sizing issues, embroidery mishaps, machine-related damage, or other unexpected problems involving customer-supplied items. Replacement garments and reimbursement for sentimental or monetary value are not included.

Please do not submit an irreplaceable sweatshirt or onesie unless you understand and accept these risks. Purchasing this service confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Care Instructions:
Turn the completed sweatshirt inside out and machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Use mild detergent and do not bleach. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly over the appliqué or embroidery.
